The Delco Group LLC is a private corporation formed to operate as a conglomerate. The company has three main divisions: Real Estate, Sports, and Entertainment. The Real Estate Division will invest in select real estate properties such as, duplexes, strip malls and small apartment complexes (8 to 15 units). The division will also provide management services to companies who own properties as well as managing its own properties. The Sports Division will invest in sports teams and provide sports marketing consulting services (create marketing strategies to assist sports organizations, athletes and entertainers in building their brand). The Entertainment Division produces and host concerts, comedy shows and fashion shows. In our Entertainment Division we target all ages, concerts and comedy show for all adult ages 21 and up. We have Jazz and R & B concerts for the more mature adult, (dinner and a show). Our Fashion Shows target groups, designers and individuals in the fashion industry. Our shows can bring in six to seven figures at a time. Even though we are based in Austin Texas, we host our entertainment in other cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington DC. We will be conducting a considerable amount of business in Los Angeles and New York, two of the biggest meccas for fashion and entertainment.
Competition:
There are companies in the U.S. that provide similar services as TDG, but not to the same level of quality, efficiency and end results. Most companies in today’s business world are more focused on quantity as opposed to quality. People and companies focus on how many clients they can service in record breaking time instead of focusing on the quality of work they produce for their clients. If your clients are happy with the quality of service you provide, they will most likely achieve a level of success. The more success you help your clients achieve, the more successful you will be. Success takes time. If it were easy, everyone could do it. People say, “work smarter, not harder”.
